Ceiling Pole Mount: Ceiling Drop Pole installation is the top choice for outdoor living spaces with high, vaulted and uneven ceilings allowing heaters to be installed and positioned in different directions. Available in different colors.
Flush Mount/Recessed:Frame Kit can be installed into a flat non-slopped ceiling, with the edges exposed, or can be partially covered by a drywall, plaster, stucco or tongue-and-groove ceiling treatment.
Freestanding Pole:(please contact our representative before the purchase for further information) Custom order standalone 8 ft. pole is perfect when wall or ceiling installations are not an option.

After seeing the image you sent, that is how Real Fyre has their embers. I do understand they look like insulation however they are supposed to be lit up and bunched up to get that real look. I recommend trying them out, they give a bright fire look when the logset is lit. It is totally up to you if you want to keep the item like that or if you'd rather return them.
