While this cart is well built, it has a design flaw. They built the 2 rolling legs on the side of the BBQ that is the heaviest. If you lift the stationary side to roll this cart, it wants to flip on the ground. I recommend not following directions and placing the wheels on the light side of the BBQ. This will however force you to bolt on a decorative panel on the backside instead of the front or the cart.
I have a brick base for my grill. There was a space for storage, in which a custom door was needed. I wanted the door(s) to be in stainless steel. Calling BBQ Generals and talked to Matt R. who over the phone from Chicago to Texas understood what I needed and made the calculations. We agree to all aspects of the order, and it was placed. Delivery in three(3) weeks. True the word, it was delivered and it fit like a glove in the space opening. Great job and the grill now looks like new and will last another 25 years.
I’m very pleased with the quality of this grill cover. It fit perfectly. Would highly recommend to others, and I’d order again. After reading your reviews, I just realized that there are magnets at the bottom of the cover. I uploaded my photo before I corrected that. Awesome product!
