Having an issue with the pellet feeder. It barely works. Kind of upset because I loved the grill when I purchased it but it disappointed me with the amount of money that I spent on it that I can't enjoy it with my family
I got one of these about 9 months ago. I quickly had issues with one of these burners not staying lit an all of the ink that label the heat level quickly faded off within a couple months. I wouldn’t highly recommend this grill.
I spent a long time researching outdoor pizza ovens and kept going back and forth between an Ooni at about half the cost and the Gozney Dome Gen 2. I came across BBQ Generals while trying to find a better price since I was already pushing my budget. They offered a 10% military discount, which I really appreciated, and I also didn’t have to pay sales tax. That ended up saving me over $500 on the full purchase.
Delivery
Delivery went smoothly overall. I placed the order on April 1st and it arrived April 9th. The delivery company called ahead and gave me a time window, which I liked since it’s curbside delivery and I didn’t want it left out on the street. The only hiccup was the driver almost unloading it at my neighbor’s house, but I caught it in time. Everything arrived well packaged, in good condition, and nothing was missing.
Assembly
Assembly was mostly straightforward, but not perfect. I had a tough time attaching the top of the stand because a couple of the bolt holes just would not line up, and a few others were pretty stubborn. Getting the oven onto the stand is definitely a two person job. It’s heavy, the stand is tall, and the lift is awkward. I was a little surprised that the oven is secured to the stand by just a single bolt in the center, but it seems solid. I also added the dome mantel, which was simple and only took a couple of bolts. Overall, the process was still fairly easy.
Cooking
I have not made a pizza yet, just ran it to burn off the factory oils, but I have no doubt it’s going to make great pizza.

Box has been opened before so hopefully everything is good. Glad I got the insurance in case its not. Other than that good price and fast shipping. Wish they would have offered a carrying tote bag for it also but they dont and other co.oanys out there do.

I actually was sent the wrong model. All my paperwork and your emails have the right model number, but I was sent the wrong one. Melissa called her supplier they insisted they were the same so I had to email pictures to prove the 2 models are clearly different. Still waiting for a response from melissa.
The griddle was packaged extremely well.
I would love to return it because I purchased a stand instead. Problem is I have to pay for return shipping and the booster weights around 30 pounds. Plus they have a 15% restocking fee. Will probably sell it on Marketplace.
First off - let me say this fireplace looks fantastic and everything works exactly as expected
However, the installation instructions are a little unclear when it comes to removing the screws that hold in the firelog set (36" model). Once I figured that out, the next challenge was the plastic faux-brick inserts on the sides which have multiple sheet metal screws which interfere with the alignment tabs.
Other than these few installation tweaks, the fireplace looks great and works perfectly!

I had a heating company install my insert, when he came back to install the reorded piece he said the it should have came with the insert so it cost me a extra $650 added to the cost of the insert.

I love my fireplace tools! When I ordered them I didn't notice the finer details. The poker isn't simply straight. I am very happy.
Only got about 10-12 little pieces of “embers” that looked like flat scraps of fiberglass insulation! NOT AT ALL like the picture represented.

After seeing the image you sent, that is how Real Fyre has their embers. I do understand they look like insulation however they are supposed to be lit up and bunched up to get that real look. I recommend trying them out, they give a bright fire look when the logset is lit. It is totally up to you if you want to keep the item like that or if you'd rather return them. My prior AOG cover was starting to fade and crack. I shopped around online and BBQ Generals offered the exact replacement AOG cover, at the most reasonable price point. I was initially pumped up that you had what I needed in stock. Then saw the shipping window which was good. A week later I called to confirm and was told you were behind on getting product out having not adjusted your expected date. Product arrived with one item damaged which I need to claim (not your fault)
I ordered two I have a confirmation for two with only delivered one I called multiple times. No one returns phone calls. I emailed text days for them to reply. Still only have one side of the grill.
