The burner arrive as advertised. The product is great and BBQ Generals had a great price. The items shipped on time and the tracking information was very helpful. I will definitely but from BBQ Generals again!

I cannot say I am happy with this item. Items are damaged and there are missing items. I have already contacted customer service, but since I am asked to review item well I am expressing my frustration.

These are heavy duty, stout tools that will outlast your grill and might be handed down to your grandkids. Yes, they're THAT well made. They compete against other simiarly heavy steel, long-handled grilling tools. The spat is not going to bend under a brisket; the tongs have a clever flap that lifts them off your work surface; and the bristle-free brush is a capable grate cleaner. My gripe is with the dumb bag. If you buy this set of three, $50 tools for $150, instead of offereing a reduced set price, KJ throws in a custom-fitted, heavy duty canvas bag that is embroidered with the KJ logotype. Nice idea from the KJ marketing department except the bag is useless. There are no pockets or sleeves or zippered compartments--It cannot be used for anything else. And, I ask you, who travels with their grilling tools? I don't. Yes, I travel with my knife bag on occasion but grilling tools? Nope. Not ever. And neither do you, probably. If you need to replace your tools or you like having KJ-branded toys, get this set. You won't regret the cost but you'll be as puzzled over what to do with the satupid bag. It's too cool to throw away but you will find a plce to store it wherer you will forget about it because you will never use it again.

I got one of these about 9 months ago. I quickly had issues with one of these burners not staying lit an all of the ink that label the heat level quickly faded off within a couple months. I wouldn’t highly recommend this grill.

I spent a long time researching outdoor pizza ovens and kept going back and forth between an Ooni at about half the cost and the Gozney Dome Gen 2. I came across BBQ Generals while trying to find a better price since I was already pushing my budget. They offered a 10% military discount, which I really appreciated, and I also didn’t have to pay sales tax. That ended up saving me over $500 on the full purchase.

Delivery
Delivery went smoothly overall. I placed the order on April 1st and it arrived April 9th. The delivery company called ahead and gave me a time window, which I liked since it’s curbside delivery and I didn’t want it left out on the street. The only hiccup was the driver almost unloading it at my neighbor’s house, but I caught it in time. Everything arrived well packaged, in good condition, and nothing was missing.

Assembly
Assembly was mostly straightforward, but not perfect. I had a tough time attaching the top of the stand because a couple of the bolt holes just would not line up, and a few others were pretty stubborn. Getting the oven onto the stand is definitely a two person job. It’s heavy, the stand is tall, and the lift is awkward. I was a little surprised that the oven is secured to the stand by just a single bolt in the center, but it seems solid. I also added the dome mantel, which was simple and only took a couple of bolts. Overall, the process was still fairly easy.

Cooking
I have not made a pizza yet, just ran it to burn off the factory oils, but I have no doubt it’s going to make great pizza.

Box has been opened before so hopefully everything is good. Glad I got the insurance in case its not. Other than that good price and fast shipping. Wish they would have offered a carrying tote bag for it also but they dont and other co.oanys out there do.

I actually was sent the wrong model. All my paperwork and your emails have the right model number, but I was sent the wrong one. Melissa called her supplier they insisted they were the same so I had to email pictures to prove the 2 models are clearly different. Still waiting for a response from melissa.

The griddle was packaged extremely well.

I would love to return it because I purchased a stand instead. Problem is I have to pay for return shipping and the booster weights around 30 pounds. Plus they have a 15% restocking fee. Will probably sell it on Marketplace.

First off - let me say this fireplace looks fantastic and everything works exactly as expected

However, the installation instructions are a little unclear when it comes to removing the screws that hold in the firelog set (36" model). Once I figured that out, the next challenge was the plastic faux-brick inserts on the sides which have multiple sheet metal screws which interfere with the alignment tabs.

Other than these few installation tweaks, the fireplace looks great and works perfectly!
