Delivered with damaged leg and hopper looks bent
I love my fireplace tools! When I ordered them I didn't notice the finer details. The poker isn't simply straight. I am very happy.
Only got about 10-12 little pieces of “embers” that looked like flat scraps of fiberglass insulation! NOT AT ALL like the picture represented.
Hello Wanda, thank you for leaving a review on the Embers you purchased from us. We definitely do stand behind the brands/products we sell. After seeing the image you sent, that is how Real Fyre has their embers. I do understand they look like insulation however they are supposed to be lit up and bunched up to get that real look. I recommend trying them out, they give a bright fire look when the logset is lit. It is totally up to you if you want to keep the item like that or if you'd rather return them. My prior AOG cover was starting to fade and crack. I shopped around online and BBQ Generals offered the exact replacement AOG cover, at the most reasonable price point. I was initially pumped up that you had what I needed in stock. Then saw the shipping window which was good. A week later I called to confirm and was told you were behind on getting product out having not adjusted your expected date. Product arrived with one item damaged which I need to claim (not your fault)
I ordered two I have a confirmation for two with only delivered one I called multiple times. No one returns phone calls. I emailed text days for them to reply. Still only have one side of the grill.
How do I return a part ordered in error I tried to cancel order but there was no option

After looking back at your review, not sure if you're confusing us with someone else but you ordered with us on the 14th and your order was delievred on the 19th via FedEx. Your order also shipped out same day so not sure what you are referring to. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you, have a good one!
After letting the company know I had not received my product, it was send out and received within the week. I was very happy with their swift response
Delivery as expected putting it together no problem getting used to the unit considering the fact that with all burners on reading it's 600° 700°cooking steak takes longer than I'm used to on my other barbecue unit which was a Weber but again just getting used to it

Service online from BBQ was very good when ordering. Order took about a week to finally ship well beyond 24 to 72 hours noted.
When package arrived, box was damaged, the heat cover for the remote receiver was broken, the remote receiver was scratched - looked used. Need better packaging to protect the product or a better shipping company
BBQ Generals respond late to customer's requests, I will choose their competition next time, looks like I'm not the only one complaining about that, Napoleon product is good..... but BBQ Generals customer service is NOT !
Hi Robert! Hope the New Year has treated you well! I saw our team has been in contact with you and we have been on it since you've reached out to us. The issue is that you ordered Propane and had meant to order Natural Gas but you're insisting that you ordered natural gas even after we sent out the order confirmation to prove otherwise. I understand it's a frustrating mistake but the only solutions are either to return the unit for the other one or get a natural gas conversion kit which Napoleon does not have yet since the built-in griddle is a new model that came out last year. Either ways we've acted swiftly to your issue and we understand it's not what you're wanting but we are not at fault. We have worked continously to comunicate and try to find a solution however, under the situational circumstances and your lack to be responsive towards our solution leaves us in this unfortunate situation. We are always willling to work with you to get your items sent out for the the natural gas version after we receive the propane version in its original packaging. We hope you have a great day!
