I purchased the ALFA MODERNO PIZZA OVEN from this company,BBQ GENERAL,
I had a issue with the ignitor straight out the box. Mellissa went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The warranty is only parts but after hearing my situation see went to bat for me and managed to get the manufacturer to send a tech to my home.
