I bought the 28” Blackstone griddle with the insulating jacket - BBQ Generals was there 100% and took care of all questions etc - the unit shipped immediately and received in a very quick manner. It was easy to install in an outdoor kitchen (along with a 36” grill) and looks awesome. Now they just came out with the Blackstone cover and purchased that here as well.
