BBQ Generals respond late to customer's requests, I will choose their competition next time, looks like I'm not the only one complaining about that, Napoleon product is good..... but BBQ Generals customer service is NOT !
Hi Robert! Hope the New Year has treated you well! I saw our team has been in contact with you and we have been on it since you've reached out to us. The issue is that you ordered Propane and had meant to order Natural Gas but you're insisting that you ordered natural gas even after we sent out the order confirmation to prove otherwise. I understand it's a frustrating mistake but the only solutions are either to return the unit for the other one or get a natural gas conversion kit which Napoleon does not have yet since the built-in griddle is a new model that came out last year. Either ways we've acted swiftly to your issue and we understand it's not what you're wanting but we are not at fault. We have worked continously to comunicate and try to find a solution however, under the situational circumstances and your lack to be responsive towards our solution leaves us in this unfortunate situation. We are always willling to work with you to get your items sent out for the the natural gas version after we receive the propane version in its original packaging.
