Performs as advertised in all respects. Replaced a 20 year old Genesis, so I took a leap of faith switching, but so far, very happy I did. I am a newcomer to IR, so I can’t compare the side burner performance to other grills, but it is a great addition if you have never had IR. (For the “anti-grill marks” crowd, I turn a few Grill Grates upside down, which fit perfectly on the side burner, and it produces even caramelization in less than 2 minutes per side).

For an expensive top tier griddle, the lid assembly could be better in my opinion.
Hinges are wobbly and feel cheap.
Seems to be high quality. Fits very well over my metal cover. Looks great and keeps the water out of the areas not protected by the metal cover. Good value. Glad I bought it. Somehow, my previous review said one star. That was a mistake.
I received an open box that was clearly used, was missing a screw and has scratches. Will not order from this store again.

I ordered the Gozney 14” acacia peel. When I got it out of the package, it was coming apart at the glue seem. I emailed support immediately asking for a replacement, and I have not heard back from them. I hope they take care of it.

Great service and follow up. I bought a heater and it was to be delivered to my house and the Palisades and then the wildfires broke out. The heater was returned to the shipping company and barbecue general followed up and had it re-delivered to me.
Had a phone conversation with a member of the staff. Very knowledgeable and price matched a lower price. I will use them in the future for other products.
