Damaged & Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, please submit a return/exchange request to support@bbqgenerals.com within 5 business days of delivery. Once the request is recived and processed, please return the item for a hassel free exchange or refund.

If your order was delivered but it is missing parts required for assembly, please reach out to support@bbqgenerals.com within 30 business days of delivery.

We will ensure to have the parts sent free of charge or have a replacement order sent out once the original order is returned.

Orders

Yes, return the original item and once we’ve received it back to our warehouse in “Like New” condition, we’ll refund you for that purchase, then have you purchase the replacement on a new order and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

The best way to make changes to an order after it is placed is to contact us at support@bbqgenerals.com with your order number and required modifications.

You can find your current and past order information under your BBQ Generals Profile once logged into your account.

Yes, all order update (i.e. Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, Delivery Updates, etc.) will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Payments & Refunds

Fill your cart with all your items and select Affirm at checkout, then enter a few pieces of info in the Affirm protal to get a real-time decision. 

Some Returns post within 3-5 Business days. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to post to your card statement.

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery for your order.

*Note, items that are not eligible for a fefund include the following:

  • Used items, including items that have been installed or assembled.
  • Clearance items.
  • Warehouse Deal Items.
  • Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products.
  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the item description.
  • Items requested outside of the 30-day return period.

Shipping & Returns

Products ordered from BBQ Generals either ship directly from the manufacturer, or one of our many distribution centers.

Standard freight shipping includes free curbside delivery. After placing your order, the freight company will transport your order to their shipping terminal. Once there, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it on to your property. It is extremely important for you to provide your main contact number at the time of checkout, so that the shipping company can contact you.

Shipping times may vary depending on product size. Average shipping times are 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.
