So pleased to see it’s in the manufacturer branded box. Shipppibg box was a little banged up but box from ooni was in tact. Yay!
From the time I was reviewing the different brands through my purchase of the Coyote Pellet Grill, my questions were answered promptly with very professional and friendly responses by the staff at BBQ Generals. Even follow up questions after delivery received very quick responses. Also, the Coyote is a great pellet grill…..holds the temperature much better than ANY other pellet grill I have owned! Well thought-out design.
