We purchased this grill for installation on a new house build. It worked great the first few times we used it. However, the last time we used it, 3 of the 4 knobs failed, and would not catch on the bevel. Instead they just kept spinning when turned, meaning we could not turn the grill off using the knobs. I cut the propane source to turn the grill off and after it had cooled, tried again, but same issue. That said, aside from this being essentially a brand new grill, the real issue I have is the complete lack of customer support. Our builder (who purchased the grill for us) contacted BBQ guys who referred us to Napoleon customer support. There is a phone line, chat and email for Napoleon provided. The chat doesn’t function. The phone line says the hold time is over an hour (I tried multiple times). No response to email. I hardly ever leave reviews but I’m sort of at the end of my rope, with a non functioning (and expensive) brand new grill and no way to get any assistance from the seller of the product.

I had a issue with the ignitor straight out the box. Mellissa went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The warranty is only parts but after hearing my situation see went to bat for me and managed to get the manufacturer to send a tech to my home.
I would buy from this company again without hesitation
