I felt dealing with BBQ Generals was a pretty simple process and they were there to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately the product came damaged from Blackstone, had to contact BBQ Generals and are supposed to get replacement parts, but still haven’t received! Also promised a credit to purchase accessories because of the issues… and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER! Hoping this gets rectified
We encountered some scratches and a few slightly torn corners on some panels. We were able to straighten and touch up paint. We are happy we got it. We are older and love it’s a part of our back yard. Thank you
We ordered this over three weeks ago and finally received it. When FedEx showed a picture that it was delivered, about a week ago, it was not a picture of our home. Had to spend a bunch of time trying to get ahold of the right people at FedEx to inform them of the situation. Tried to get in touch with BBQ Generals but, it was a Saturday and no one was there. Not even the chat room assistant, who was no help. Finally, got a call back from FedEx saying it was delivered to the wrong house. Almost another week before we received it. The box had been open and plastic banding was added around the original carton to get it to us. Since camping season is over for us, being seniors, we still haven’t tried to open to see if there are any missing parts, since it had been banded and not re-taped. I called BBQ Generals the following Monday and explained what had happened. They were very nice, apologized, and sent us some griddle seasoning for the mishap.
