I ordered the Gozney 14” acacia peel. When I got it out of the package, it was coming apart at the glue seem. I emailed support immediately asking for a replacement, and I have not heard back from them. I hope they take care of it.

Great service and follow up. I bought a heater and it was to be delivered to my house and the Palisades and then the wildfires broke out. The heater was returned to the shipping company and barbecue general followed up and had it re-delivered to me.
