I ordered a cover for my new bbq. Showed up right on time as advertised. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect on the cover ( manufacturer not bbq general ) sent a photo of the defect and they got right back saying that they would forward to the warranty folks and now I am waiting for the resolution
I've only had this for a week or so and haven't had the time to use it but I'm getting nagged about leaving a review. Hence the 3 stars.
THIS GRILL IS AWESOME , 3 zone heat monitoring , 3 thermometers, Heats up the griddle extremely fast . I was a bit nervous about the learning curve from cast iron griddle to stainless but it has been easy so far . Im looking forward to years of use from this unit !
