Ordering, shipping, and delivery were seamless. The products were very well packaged and arrived quickly. BBQ Generals is responsive and they have great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I was initially pumped up that you had what I needed in stock. Then saw the shipping window which was good. A week later I called to confirm and was told you were behind on getting product out having not adjusted your expected date. Product arrived with one item damaged which I need to claim (not your fault)
I ordered two I have a confirmation for two with only delivered one I called multiple times. No one returns phone calls. I emailed text days for them to reply. Still only have one side of the grill.
