PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Control multiple heaters in one zone or multiple zones with Infratech Solid State Control Package. Enjoy efficient ease of use with a system configured to meet the needs of any space, from restaurants and nightclubs to stadiums and resorts. Infratech Solid State Control Package is a project-specific control option used for zone heating. Complete Solid State Package includes the Infratech's Relay Panel and Analog Controller. Control panels are available with one to six relays. The number of relays in a control box depends on the power of the heaters within a zone. One relay can handle up to 9,000 Watts at 240 Volts (or 8,000 Watts per Relay at 208 volts). When the sum of the wattage of heaters in one zone is larger than 9,000 Watts or you need more than one zone to be controlled, a 2 Relay (or more) control box might be needed. Please note: do not mix Watts quantity on one relay. All Relay Panels are NEMA 4 RATED, and completely weather resistant.
Per each zone or area, one controller is required. The Controller includes a switch to turn the heaters on or off and a knob to adjust the temperature. Each Intensity Control Knob can control a maximum of three relays in the Relay Panel. Infratech Zone Analog Controller includes the Digital Timer to automatically shut off the heaters after 15 mins to 4 hours. This ensures that your staff never has to remember to turn the heating system off at the end of the day. All Zone Analog Controllers are available in silver or white finish. All Controllers are NEMA 12 RATED, and can be exposed to mist, but not direct rain.
The Solid State Control Package comes with electrical wiring diagrams provided for each installation. It is UL-Listed, supported by Infratech’s extensive Three-Year Warranty and made in the USA. Note: please specify the heater model per relay and voltage (Single or Three) phase.
