Accessorize your Boulevard fireplace reflective black porcelain liner (all models) or White Porcelain (single-sided models only) to create the illusion of unimaginable depth; or, opt for the stainless steel liner (single-sided models only) for a brighter contemporary feel.
Choose a decorative 1½-inch beveled front in matte black, a simple black ¾-inch frame, or have your contractor install tile, stone or plaster right to the fireplace opening– the ultimate in design simplicity.
Create a beachfront cottage look with the driftwood log set – perfectly proportioned to the Boulevard’s lines – plus an assortment of stones. The logs and stones are molded from ceramic fiber and hand painted for rich detail. A fine mesh barrier screen comes standard with each model.
Two Ignition Systems to Choose From: Millivolt or Electronic
The Electronic Ignition eliminates the standing pilot - saving energy and your money. In the event of a power outage, your boulevard fireplace can operate on battery backup mode.
The millivolt system operates with a standing pilot and includes an on/off remote control (millivolt only available on single-sided models)
Optional Decorative Media
Crushed decorative glass is required. Start with Clear Frost, Copper Reflective, or Bronze Reflective, which allow the LED lighting to show from under the burner. Additional decorative media is optional and may be used for accent only.

Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. It's crucial to familiarize yourself with the requirements before the delivery day to ensure a smooth shipping process.

Some delivery companies will call to schedule a specific delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location near your home, Curbside, or deliver it as close to a garage door as possible.
Pre-Delivery
Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon Delivery:
Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.
As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.
After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.

Start up of the smoker included a priming sequence that worked as defined in the manual. The pellet grill fired as intended and heated to the initial temp of 150F. The temp was raised to 350F, the new smoker was seasoned for 1hr.
Connection of the grill to the home WIFI using the GMG Prime app. The app is intuitive and a nice feature of the grill
Cooked a 3lb pork loin with hardwood Apple pellets, excellent results for first time use.
This grill is great. Its actually a significant upgrade from a Weber or Napoleon. I was moving from a Napoleon Prestige and much prefer this grill. It burns hotter, has better control, easier to separate zones, etc. and is just a sexy beast :)

High quality, and super sturdy products. I use these on my santa maria grill to move my brisquets snd wood around and they hold up well, the length also guarantees that the handles wont get hot when spending alot of time tending your coals.

Performs as advertised in all respects. Replaced a 20 year old Genesis, so I took a leap of faith switching, but so far, very happy I did. I am a newcomer to IR, so I can’t compare the side burner performance to other grills, but it is a great addition if you have never had IR. (For the “anti-grill marks” crowd, I turn a few Grill Grates upside down, which fit perfectly on the side burner, and it produces even caramelization in less than 2 minutes per side).
So far, after only two uses, I give it a high rating. Its good looking, easy to learn how to use, well built and easy to move. Cooks well. If I had any complains, Id say it with the grease catching, drip system. A little more engineering should be done with that. However I'm happy with the unit so far.
