Accessorize your Boulevard fireplace reflective black porcelain liner (all models) or White Porcelain (single-sided models only) to create the illusion of unimaginable depth; or, opt for the stainless steel liner (single-sided models only) for a brighter contemporary feel.
Choose a decorative 1½-inch beveled front in matte black, a simple black ¾-inch frame, or have your contractor install tile, stone or plaster right to the fireplace opening– the ultimate in design simplicity.
Create a beachfront cottage look with the driftwood log set – perfectly proportioned to the Boulevard’s lines – plus an assortment of stones. The logs and stones are molded from ceramic fiber and hand painted for rich detail. A fine mesh barrier screen comes standard with each model.
Two Ignition Systems to Choose From: Millivolt or Electronic
The Electronic Ignition eliminates the standing pilot - saving energy and your money. In the event of a power outage, your boulevard fireplace can operate on battery backup mode.
The millivolt system operates with a standing pilot and includes an on/off remote control (millivolt only available on single-sided models)
Optional Decorative Media
Crushed decorative glass is required. Start with Clear Frost, Copper Reflective, or Bronze Reflective, which allow the LED lighting to show from under the burner. Additional decorative media is optional and may be used for accent only.

Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. It's crucial to familiarize yourself with the requirements before the delivery day to ensure a smooth shipping process.

Some delivery companies will call to schedule a specific delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location near your home, Curbside, or deliver it as close to a garage door as possible.
Pre-Delivery
Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon Delivery:
Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.
As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.
After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.

Performs as advertised in all respects. Replaced a 20 year old Genesis, so I took a leap of faith switching, but so far, very happy I did. Love the griddle. Love the heat jacket. Super frustrated that The dimensions that were given to me on a chat were wrong.
I was told that the width of the jacket 35 1/2 inches which was perfect for my 36 inch builtin opening in the granite countertop and cabinet. You cannot imagine the frustration when the actual width of the heat jacket was not 35 1/5 but 38 1/2 inches.
Also BBQ General advertises that there is no sales tax but we were charged over $119 sales tax. Read below direct from their ad on their website......

The Blackstone did arrive on time and the quality looks good.
But the added expense in modifying the opening is unacceptable and no sales tax promise is completely false advertising.
