Description

Bromic Heating’s new Dimmer Controls give customers customized control over heating output. These units require a smart device with internet connectivity, as well as the Bromic Smart-Heat App which is available on the App Store and Google Play Store. This product is rated for 208V-277V.

The base models provide both Bluetooth and Wi-fi communication capabilities for Bromic App control. The 5 channel controllers include options for ethernet connectivity or BMS integration via 0-10 VDC built-in, whereas these features can be added to the 1 & 2 CH controllers via an optional expansion board.

The Smart-Heat Control operates using a smart device with a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. The mounting location of the Smart-Heat Control must be selected to ensure that it is within range for the selected communication method. Refer to Installation Manual for mounting location requirements.

Note: The 5 Channel control has built in ethernet connectivity, for the 1& 2 channel remote an optional Expansion Board is needed to connect to your Home Automation or Business Management System.

Installation Requirements:

  • Control is indoor and outdoor rated and can be wall mounted, or ceiling mounted based on the model.
    • Wall Mounting: Suitable for ALL dimmer models (1,2 & 5 Channel)
    • Ceiling Mounted: Suitable for 1 & 2 channel dimmer models only

Heaters Per Control:

You can control all heaters through the Bromic Smart-Heat App. The control is compatible with single-element and dual-element electric heaters. All heaters assigned to the same "Channel" will be controlled together.

  • Electric Models:
    • Platinum and Tungsten Electric: Control up to 6000 Watts per Channel
      • 1 Channel (1CH): Ideal for smaller installations controlling heaters up to 6000W on a single channel.
      • 2 Channel (2CH): 2 Channel (2CH): Ideal for small to mid size installations controlling multiple heaters up to 6000W per channel.
      • 5 Channel (5CH): Best for larger installations, offering multiple zones for control. ONLY compatible with 3 Phase Power applications.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Upon Delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt:

  • Verify the number of pallets or boxes
  • If anything is missing, note it clearly on the receipt
