I ordered two I have a confirmation for two with only delivered one I called multiple times. No one returns phone calls. I emailed text days for them to reply. Still only have one side of the grill.
How do I return a part ordered in error I tried to cancel order but there was no option

You guys processed the order so quickly and we received the order so prompt and also when I had an issue and I returned something, the money was returned in less than two days that’s fantastic
I ordered on the 12th and still do not have.
After looking back at your review, not sure if you're confusing us with someone else but you ordered with us on the 14th and your order was delievred on the 19th via FedEx. Your order also shipped out same day so not sure what you are referring to. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you, have a good one!
