Arrived a couple days ago and we love it!
So far, after only two uses, I give it a high rating. Its good looking, easy to learn how to use, well built and easy to move. Cooks well. If I had any complains, Id say it with the grease catching, drip system. A little more engineering should be done with that. However I'm happy with the unit so far.
everything ended up being good. Originally it was incorrect but the correct item came in a timely fashion. They were responsive to the error
I can’t say enough about the customer service, speed of receiving our order, and great Solo stove products that we purchased. The team was very informative and friendly with the questions that we had. The shipment was delivered much sooner than expected. We are now enjoying the summer evenings around our new fire pit.
