I was disappointed with this purchase. The Napoleon 62020 drip pan liners arrived significantly damaged. Every pan was crushed and bent because they were shipped wrapped only in folded corrugated cardboard instead of being protected inside a box. This type of packaging simply isn’t sturdy enough to withstand normal shipping.
I emailed the seller with photos of the damaged pans, hoping they would address the issue or offer a solution, but I never received a response. Poor packaging combined with a lack of customer service made for a frustrating experience.
The product itself may be fine when it arrives undamaged, but based on my experience, the shipping and customer support need significant improvement.
I bought these for our new Napoleon Prestige 500. Since they are aluminum, they arrived a little bent up in places but they still fit the grill's slide-out tray. We cooked hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage for the initial cook on the grill, and the aluminum tray worked great! There were two spots underneath the insert that had a little grease, but cleanup was a breeze and we will continue to use these inserts.
