I ordered this barbecue cover in early June, but somehow the order did not get shipped or was lost along the way. I did not contact BBQ generals right away because I was out of the country. When I did attempt to call them on July 1, it was already past their East Coast close of business. Therefore, I sent an inquiry to their Support email. Much to my delight, I received a new cover on July 3. I was amazed that they were able to respond so quickly, and I am very pleased with the cover!
The griddle arrived damage-free and looks great sitting in my Prestige 500! Can’t wait to explore all the recipes this griddle opens up.
I wish the picture had better resolution to show that the sides have mesh, that doesn’t cover the control panel. The panel won’t be protected from rain. Not good for the electronics. The material of the cover is also very flimsy. Had I seen a better picture, I wouldn’t have bought this.
Had to call several times just to be told the warehouse lost my order; but I eventually received it. SLOW!
