While assembling this heat it became evident that it is high quality. Delivered in perfect shape, easy assembly with clear instructions.
I purchased this griddle for my husband for Christmas and I’m so glad I did. This was his favorite gift and he’s been cooking on ever day since. He cooks entires meals at one time on it and absolutely loves. Clean up is easy which is a plus for me because I don’t have to constantly clean up behind him. Awesome purchase.
The gas knob doesn’t turn, and the gas valve cap is already cracked right out of the box.
Any basic inspection at the factory before packaging would have detected these issues. This is very surprising for a ‘premium’ brand.
I look forward to having this resolved by the warranty team.
