Grill is great

Grill is great. But was supposed to come with 30 piece accessory kit. Did not come contacted customer service and they sent it out. Waited a week and received the wrong product—some random natural gas hookup. Contacted customer service again and the correct product is on route supposably. Originally ordered August 28th so it’s been 3 weeks. My husband has not used his grill much because we need all the accessories to use. Custom service has been great. Shipping takes too long.
