Warranty
The WPPO LLC oven warranty provides coverage for one year from the shipping date, ensuring the oven and its components, including the body, floor, ventilation, finishes, stand, door, internal dome welding, and accessories, are free from manufacturing and material defects. This warranty applies only if the oven has been correctly installed, operated, and maintained as per the product's instructions. Exclusions to this warranty include issues arising from non-compliance with installation guidelines, over-firing, improper use, inappropriate firewood or cleaning methods, storing materials on the oven, and normal wear and tear like minor cracking and scratches. Damage caused by natural events or improper use is not covered. WPPO's liability is limited to the oven's original price, excluding shipping, and does not extend to incidental damages, losses, or costs related to the oven's operation or maintenance. Warranty claims must be truthfully documented and reported within the effective period, and WPPO reserves the right to use new or used parts for repairs. This warranty may vary by state and does not cover limitations on implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages in certain states.

Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. Some delivery companies will call to schedule a specific delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location near your home, Curbside, or deliver it as close to a garage door as possible.
Pre-Delivery
Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon Delivery:
Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.
As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.
After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.

Once we receive an order, we send the confirmation to the Brand the product is associated with. Please allow 24-72 Hours to get confirmation to Ship the item out of the warehouse. Once out for delivery it should arrive within 7-14 Bus Days depending on where the address is located.

I have been looking at the Solo Stove pits for a while now. My son in law has a Solo Stove Bonfire. They really do cut down on the smoke. I bought the Yukon because I wanted a little larger fire. Communication is key after a couple chats with BBQGenerals all challenges were worked out. Received our product on time and it was complete that we ordered. Easily assembled. The only challenge we have is the extended shelf doesn’t retract without manipulation or climbing under to get it back to put the cover on correctly. Other than that we are completely happy with the product.

Start up of the smoker included a priming sequence that worked as defined in the manual. The pellet grill fired as intended and heated to the initial temp of 150F. The temp was raised to 350F, the new smoker was seasoned for 1hr.
Connection of the grill to the home WIFI using the GMG Prime app. The app is intuitive and a nice feature of the grill
Cooked a 3lb pork loin with hardwood Apple pellets, excellent results for first time use.
This grill is great. Its actually a significant upgrade from a Weber or Napoleon. I was moving from a Napoleon Prestige and much prefer this grill. It burns hotter, has better control, easier to separate zones, etc. and is just a sexy beast :)
Response from BBQ generals was great. Shipping was a bit slower than promised, but it arrived well and they did communicate. Would definitely buy from them again, just factor in a few extra days than they promise.
