The pan and burner are crafted from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.

Choose between a manual match lit ignition system or upgrade to an electronic ignition system for added convenience. The match lit ignition system is simple and reliable, requiring a long-stem lighter and the included key to ignite the burner. Adjust the flame height easily by turning the key valve clockwise to lower the flames or counterclockwise to increase the intensity. If you prefer a more automated experience, the electronic ignition system offers features such as remote control, wall switch, timer, and whole house system operation (sold separately). It includes a hot surface igniter for a reliable start and temperature monitoring technology that ensures the flame stays lit. If the flame goes out, the system will automatically shut off the gas flow and safely reignite the fire.
