Crafted from solid copper, the Sedona features a hammered dimpled texture, adding a unique and textured appeal. Relax in your favorite chair as you listen to the gentle water cascading from the scupper, creating a tranquil atmosphere. At the center of the bowl, the star-shaped penta burner produces a beautiful bonfire-like flame pattern, with a heat output ranging from 65,000 to 100,000 BTUs (depending on the model and gas input). To make the flames even more striking, you can cover the burner with fire glass or lava rock (sold separately). When not in use, the pan and burner work together to ensure durability. Weep holes in the pan allow for water drainage, while the raised gas input on the burner prevents water from seeping into the gas line. Made from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, both the burner and pan are rust and corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance in any weather.

The Sedona offers two ignition system options to suit your needs. The standard match lit ignition system includes a basic gas valve and key, allowing you to ignite the flames with a long-stem lighter while slowly opening the gas valve. Adjust the flame height by turning the key valve counterclockwise to increase the flames or clockwise to reduce the intensity. For added convenience, upgrade to the electronic ignition system. This system includes a reliable hot surface igniter for easy startup, along with internal temperature monitoring. If the flames go out, the system will automatically shut off the gas flow and safely reignite the fire. The electronic ignition system can be operated via remote control, wall switch, timer, or a whole house system (sold separately).

Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. It's crucial to familiarize yourself with the requirements before the delivery day to ensure a smooth shipping process.

Pre-Delivery

Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Upon Delivery:

Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.

As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage. 

After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.
