The PGS Legacy Pacifica Grill is equipped with three heavy-duty 25,000 BTU stainless steel burners, providing a total of 75,000 BTUs on the grilling surface. The 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared rear burner adds cooking flexibility, ideal for rotisserie cooking. The heavy-duty rotisserie motor, spit rod, and counterbalance can support up to 15 lbs, making it perfect for larger cuts of meat.

Even Heat Distribution

The unique Moon Rok all-ceramic briquettes provide robust flavor, control unwanted flare-ups, and ensure even cooking results. The 5/16 inch stainless steel rod cooking grids with Vari Grid spacing offer added flexibility for various grilling needs.
