This high-performance grill includes three heavy-duty 25,000 BTU stainless steel burners, delivering a total of 75,000 BTUs. The 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared rear burner provides additional cooking flexibility, ideal for rotisserie cooking. The heavy-duty rotisserie motor, spit rod, and counterbalance can support up to 15 lbs.

Even Heat Distribution

The PGS Legacy Pacifica features unique Moon Rok all-ceramic briquettes, which ensure robust flavor, control unwanted flare-ups, and provide even cooking results. The 5/16 inch stainless steel rod cooking grids with Vari Grid spacing offer added flexibility for various grilling needs.

Ignition and Safety

The grill boasts a Sure Start continuous spark electronic ignition for reliable start-up, along with a convenient lighting tube for ignition backup. The control panel is angled for easy reading of the control knobs, which have heat-resistant phenolic inserts for added safety. A uniquely positioned commercial-grade heat indicator is mounted on the right side of the grill, providing accurate heat readings at the cooking surface.

Convenient Features

This grill also includes a 260 square inch stainless steel warming rack, providing additional space for keeping food warm. However, it does not feature grill lights or a spring-assisted hood.
