I ordered a cover for my new bbq. Showed up right on time as advertised. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect on the cover ( manufacturer not bbq general ) sent a photo of the defect and they got right back saying that they would forward to the warranty folks and now I am waiting for the resolution
