Napoleon Astound Built-In Electric Fireplace is a remarkable upgrade for any space. Extra-large viewing area allows to enjoy the ultra-realistic flame pattern. Multi-layered orange and yellow flames in various combinations with both flame speed and brightness controls create the perfect ambiance. The Astound Fireplace has 13 standard ember bed and top light options that can be further personalized using the Napoleon Home App. Lifelike Driftwood logs and Woodland media kit come included. Tinted glass provides an exceptional viewing experience and reduced reflections to see the flames even better. The unique flip-down glass allows easy access for cleaning and changing media bed. Multiple control options: Premium Remote control, Napoleon Home App, Touch Control Panel or optional Wall Mount Control.
Napoleon Astound Built-In Linear Electric Fireplace features built-in installation with 2 finishing options. The finishing flange provides a frameless look. The included adjustable trim provides more coverage and can accommodate different finishing materials. Integrated heater can warm areas up to 800 sqft. Save energy by using ECO mode, and use BOOST mode to increase heat output and blower speed when you need a little more heat. Flames can be run with or without the heater. I was initially pumped up that you had what I needed in stock. Then saw the shipping window which was good. A week later I called to confirm and was told you were behind on getting product out having not adjusted your expected date. Product arrived with one item damaged which I need to claim (not your fault)
