Enjoy the benefits of healthy, French-style griddle cooking with the Le Griddle propane gas griddle, designed for built-in installation or countertop use. Featuring a professional-style 304 stainless steel griddle surface and components, the Le Griddle 16-inch propane gas Wee Griddle offers excellent heat distribution thanks to a 1/2-inch thick enameled cast iron sub-plate below the cooking surface. A 304 stainless steel U-shaped burner provides 9,000 BTUs of even heat across the entire 1/8-inch thick stainless steel cooking surface.

The easy to use push-button electronic ignition system is powered by a single AA battery and features a safety valve and thermocouple to automatically cut off gas supply in case the flame is extinguished. Ventilation cutouts allow proper airflow to prevent gas buildup and overheating, but the internals and cooking surface are well protected from wind interference. Cleanup is easy with the removable griddle plate and grease collection tray, designed to capture oil and fat for simple disposal. The Wee Griddle ships configured for propane gas and easily converts for use with natural gas using the included conversion kit and instructions. . Stainless steel lid is available separately. 24 inches of clearance is required for the lid to fully open.

Please Note: If installing this unit into a cabinet for outdoor kitchen applications, the cabinet must made of a non-combustible material or it may also be placed on any non-combustible surface. Insulated liner must be used if installing into a cabinet constructed with combustible materials. This appliance may also be placed on the optional portable cart.

Le Griddle offers a lifetime warranty on the patented Dual Plate System, which consists of the stainless steel griddle surface and cast iron subplate, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions. Stainless steel burners are warrantied for five (5) years. The portable cart and all other parts are warrantied for one (1) year. Labor not included. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. Pre-Delivery

Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Upon Delivery:

Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.

As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage. 

After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.

Orders less than $99 ship at a low, fixed price and the shipping fee remains the same even if the order amount increases.
