The electric griddle has two 1800 W heating elements that provide uniform heating across the entire surface. Cleaning is a breeze with the detachable griddle plate and grease collection tray that captures oil and fat for easy disposal. The Original Electric Griddle is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with the proper clearance to combustibles and requires a grounded 120 VAC power outlet. For those who prefer to cover their griddle when not in use, a stainless steel lid is available separately. The lid needs 24 inches of clearance to fully open.
