PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Infratech Universal Control Panel provides a complete solution for outdoor heating adding the versatility of using a switch of your choice. Universal Controls are ideal for larger or commercial properties, helping to create multiple heating zones. Infratech’s simple interface uses a 0-10V DC Signal for streamlined installation and straightforward programming. Infratech Universal Control works with almost any 120 V lighting control. Combine the versatility of hands-free voice activation with the ability to choose the dimmer interface that coordinates with your property’s décor. Control your Infratech heating system with a mobile device (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth® compatible device), or hands-free voice activation via apps compatible with Alexa, Siri or the Google Home and smart home assistants like the Amazon Echo, Apple HomePod or Google Home Smart Speaker. Use the included 120V Universal Slide Dimmer provided for convenience or combine it with the optional Timer. You can mount the control with or without a timer as well as choose a different switch that matches your décor or a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth compatible device for remote control.
Universal Relay control panels are available with one to six relays. The number of relays depends on the power of the heaters within a zone or specific area. One relay can handle up to 9,000 Watts at 240 Volts (or 8,000 Watts per Relay at 208 volts). When the sum of the wattage of heaters in one zone is larger than 9,000 Watts or you need more than one zone to be controlled, a 2 Relay (or more) control box might be required. Please note: do not mix Watts quantity on one relay. Each smart home system has its own requirements, so we advise a licensed electrician to guide you to the solution that’s best and help you choose the right controls. The Universal Control Panel is UL-Listed, built on a project-specific basis, supported by Infratech’s extensive Three-Year Warranty and made in the USA. I was initially pumped up that you had what I needed in stock. Then saw the shipping window which was good. A week later I called to confirm and was told you were behind on getting product out having not adjusted your expected date. Product arrived with one item damaged which I need to claim (not your fault)
