Durability continues with a 3/8-inches thick stainless steel griddle surface for ultimate protection against high heat outdoor cooking and in addition, this thick surface provides even heat distribution making sure your food cooks evenly. Your gas griddle surface is designed for entertaining, giving you a 660 square inch cooking surface, 30" w x 22" d. Cook up to 18 burgers at once or multiple dishes simultaneously. 

The inside of your built-in gas griddle comes with dual heavy-duty U-shaped stainless steel burners, delivering a total of 45,000 BTUs. Designed to function as two (2) zone griddle surfaces with two independent gas controls, allowing you to have two isolated cooking zones for outdoor cooking versatility. Each gas control features blue LED lights that pair perfectly with your Fire Magic Aurora Series Gas Grills. Starting up your gas griddle is a breeze with a hot surface electronic ignition for a quick and reliable start every time. Both your blue LED Lights and ignition system require a 110v/120V power supply. 

Featuring a two-piece grease drip collector trough, grease management becomes hassle-free. Excess grease is directed into the drip pan, ensuring a cleaner and safer cooking environment. Fire Magic provides a lifetime warranty for cast stainless burners, stainless cooking grids and housing. All other components (except ignition and electronic parts) for three years, ignition systems (except batteries) and electronic components (including lights & thermometers) for one year.
