The Boulevard 60 is available in single-sided or see-through configurations, offering a true five-foot fireplace opening that creates dramatic visual impact from one room or two. Both configurations are offered in Natural Gas (40,000 BTUs) or Propane (38,500 BTUs), combining striking design with powerful, efficient performance.

Each Boulevard fireplace includes a wall-mounted LED lighting control and remote receiver module for effortless operation. The Intermittent Pilot ignition system eliminates the need for a standing pilot, helping reduce energy use and operating costs. Ignite the fire with the push of a button, or let the programmable thermostat remote maintain your desired room temperature automatically.
With intelligent control logic, the thermostat anticipates heating demands and adjusts flame height to minimize temperature fluctuations for consistent comfort. In the event of a power outage, the Boulevard fireplace can continue operating using battery backup, ensuring reliable warmth when you need it most.

The Empire Boulevard 72" Linear Fireplace offers extensive customization options, allowing you to create a striking focal point that reflects your personal style. Featuring a linear burner and multi-color LED lighting system, this fireplace adds depth, drama, and ambiance to any wall.
Choose from interior liner options such as a black ceramic glass reflective liner to create an illusion of dramatic depth, or a stainless steel liner for a brighter, contemporary look on single-sided models. Finish the fireplace with a 1½-inch beveled front in matte black, a simple ¾-inch black frame, or opt for a seamless, built-in appearance by installing tile, stone, or plaster directly to the opening.
For a relaxed, coastal aesthetic, select the driftwood log set, perfectly scaled to the Boulevard’s 72-inch profile, paired with hand-painted ceramic fiber stones for added realism and texture. A fine mesh barrier screen comes standard with every model, providing added safety while preserving an unobstructed view of the fire.

Decorative Media Options
Crushed decorative glass is required for proper installation and visual effect. Choose from Clear Frost, Copper Reflective, or Bronze Reflective glass to allow the integrated LED lighting to illuminate from beneath the burner for enhanced depth and brilliance.
Optional decorative media may be added as accents to further customize the appearance, but is not required for operation.
