The Revillusion 24-inch Electric Fireplace / Firebox in in new Weathered Concrete finish strikes a more contemporary chord. The poured concrete features subtle detail and a neutral palette that provides a dramatic contrast for the lifelike flames. This playful use of an industrial material is a unique way to give any space some stylish, industrial flair. The Mirage Flame Panel creates a see-through view of the flames straight to the back of the box with ThruView Full-depth design. Partially frosted acrylic panel is clearly better than a mirror, showing only dazzling flames and no reflections. Adjust the flame base color to red or blue and customize the firebox glow with a choice of warm hues, plus midnight mode. You can also adjust light level to suit your room and choose flicker effect for enhanced firelight. Installed Ambient Light Sensor automatically adjusts firebox light to suit the room day to night.

Designed to be direct-wired or pluged into a 120V volt circuit for a seamless look. The Powerful heater can put out from 4400 BTUs. It produces quick and lasting heat for rooms up to 400 sqft.

Turn the heat on in the cold, but feel free to keep the lights and logs burning to create a light ambient effect in your home.Adjust the flames, lighting and heat with an included smart remote. Dimplex Revillusion 24 inch Built-In Electric Firebox comes with open face and also includes front glass. This enhances the traditional masonry open look of the fireplace.

Items are shipped/processed within 1-3 business days. We strive to deliver all items within 3-7 Business Days, depending on final destination. All items are delivered via FedEx, UPS, USPS or a reputable and reliable local carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico shipping rates will be quoted once your order is submitted. The shipping quote will be e-mailed to you for approval before your order is processed.
All Electric Units and Furniture Items with exception of Accessories are shipped Freight. In accordance with trucking industry, Home Delivery means "Curbside Delivery" in a residential area. You may/will need assistance to move the package indoors or you might unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport but not obligated to. If you require Inside Delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. It's crucial to familiarize yourself with the requirements before the delivery day to ensure a smooth shipping process.

Some delivery companies will call to schedule a specific delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location near your home, Curbside, or deliver it as close to a garage door as possible.

Pre-Delivery

Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Upon Delivery:

Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.

As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.

After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.
