This fireplace features 2 flame sets paired with the exclusive FIRE & ICE® flame presentation, delivering vivid orange and red flame colors for a captivating display. The Ambient Canopy Lighting, available in 13 colors, enhances the visual experience by illuminating the media in stunning ways. The unit includes a 10-piece birch log set, charcoal grey real fire glass media, and two bags of vermiculite (black and white), all controlled by a convenient multi-function remote for easy adjustments from the comfort of your seat. The Amantii Traditional Series Electric Firebox Insert is a fully recessed, built-in unit. For partially recessed installations, an optional 3-piece or 4-piece trim kit is available. The heater and vents are cleverly concealed within the top of the unit, ensuring a clean, streamlined appearance as heat cascades down over the glass. This unit produces 4096 BTUs, effectively heating spaces up to 400 sq ft, while allowing you to enjoy the brilliant flames even without the heat, making it ideal for year-round ambiance.

I ran into issues with finding a supplier with the built in griddle I wanted for a project and they had it and got it to me fast. Great customer service as well from start to finish.
I have been looking at the Solo Stove pits for a while now. My son in law has a Solo Stove Bonfire. They really do cut down on the smoke. I bought the Yukon because I wanted a little larger fire. I have been looking and comparing prices on line for a while. A Google search led me to BBQ Generals. They had the best price for the Yukon bundle that I wanted. Their service is incredible! I ordered the pit and expected to see it in a week or two. They shipped it the next day and it arrived a day later. I really couldn't believe how fast it came! Communication is key after a couple chats with BBQGenerals all challenges were worked out. Received our product on time and it was complete that we ordered. Easily assembled. The only challenge we have is the extended shelf doesn’t retract without manipulation or climbing under to get it back to put the cover on correctly. Other than that we are completely happy with the product.
BBQ Generals was the only place I could find the accessories for my new smoker. They were priced well and shipped them quickly! I’m very happy with the new additions that they were able to supply.
I had been wanting the Gozney Arc XL for a long time, but unfortunately it is not available in my country. BBQ Generals made it possible and helped me ship it to Mexico. Assembly was easy and completed in under 20 minutes, the BILT 3D app was easy to use.
Start up of the smoker included a priming sequence that worked as defined in the manual. The pellet grill fired as intended and heated to the initial temp of 150F. The temp was raised to 350F, the new smoker was seasoned for 1hr.
Connection of the grill to the home WIFI using the GMG Prime app. The app is intuitive and a nice feature of the grill
Cooked a 3lb pork loin with hardwood Apple pellets, excellent results for first time use.

This grill is great. Its actually a significant upgrade from a Weber or Napoleon. I was moving from a Napoleon Prestige and much prefer this grill. It burns hotter, has better control, easier to separate zones, etc. and is just a sexy beast :)
Response from BBQ generals was great. Shipping was a bit slower than promised, but it arrived well and they did communicate. Would definitely buy from them again, just factor in a few extra days than they promise.
