Warranty Information
Alfresco guarantees that all stainless parts, including stainless steel grill burners and round grill grates, are free from material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the original buyer. Additionally, the stainless steel hearth brackets, gas valves, and drip pans are covered against defects in material and workmanship for five years. Within the first two years from the original purchase date, the Alfresco grill warranty includes all parts and labor for repairing or replacing any components found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Pre-Delivery
Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@bbqgenerals.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon Delivery:
Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (800)-375-3243 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.
As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.
After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@bbqgenerals.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (800)-375-3243, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.

We were waffling on a bigger grill (36”) and maybe one with an air fryer but this set up over the top the best combo. The storage is great to have and 2 burners are a great add. I felt dealing with BBQ Generals was a pretty simple process and they were there to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately the product came damaged from Blackstone, had to contact BBQ Generals and are supposed to get replacement parts, but still haven’t received! Also promised a credit to purchase accessories because of the issues… and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER! Hoping this gets rectified

We ordered this over three weeks ago and finally received it. When FedEx showed a picture that it was delivered, about a week ago, it was not a picture of our home. Had to spend a bunch of time trying to get ahold of the right people at FedEx to inform them of the situation. Tried to get in touch with BBQ Generals but, it was a Saturday and no one was there. Not even the chat room assistant, who was no help. Finally, got a call back from FedEx saying it was delivered to the wrong house. Almost another week before we received it. The box had been open and plastic banding was added around the original carton to get it to us. Since camping season is over for us, being seniors, we still haven’t tried to open to see if there are any missing parts, since it had been banded and not re-taped. I called BBQ Generals the following Monday and explained what had happened. They were very nice, apologized, and sent us some griddle seasoning for the mishap.
