Adds the perfect storage area for your pizza peels & cooking tools to the side of your Alfa Cooking Station. Made of powder-coated steel, just like the rest of the modular cooking stations. Features slots for the peel handles, and a perforated rack for the tool heads to rest.

ALFA Forni Ovens™ are made in Anagni, Italy, and are handcrafted by expert pizza oven craftsmen with 40+ years of experience.

Manufacturer's Warranty

ALFA™ ovens are covered by a 2-year parts warranty against defects in manufacturing, effective from the original date of purchase and applicable for properly installed and maintained ovens. Pre-Delivery Inspection

While most deliveries arrive without issue, it’s important to inspect your shipment carefully.

• Inspect all packages upon arrival
• If damage is visible or you receive the wrong item, take photos immediately
• You must reach out to us within 48 hours After Delivery and send Photos must be submitted to:

This allows us to quickly initiate a replacement or claim if needed.

Upon Delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt:

• Verify the number of pallets or boxes
• If anything is missing, note it clearly on the receipt
  (Example: “Received 3 of 4 pieces”)
