The Alfa Moderno 3 Pizze Wood-Fired Pizza Oven is made for pizza lovers who want to cook like real pizza chefs! This awesome oven lets you make up to three 10–12 inch pizzas at the same time, so it’s great for big families, birthday parties, or backyard hangouts.
What makes this oven really cool is how fast and hot it gets. It can reach up to 1000°F in just a few minutes—way hotter than a regular oven! That means your pizza bakes in just 90 seconds. The secret to this oven’s power is in its smart design. It uses Forninox™ technology, which helps the oven hold heat with less wood, so you save fuel. Inside, the oven floor is made with HeatKeeper™ bricks—special Italian bricks that soak up heat and spread it evenly. This helps your pizza bake just right on the bottom, with no cold spots.
Plus, the oven has something called the Full Effect Flue System. That’s a special way Alfa designed the chimney and dome so hot air moves all around your pizza—not just from below. This allows the heat wrap around your food so everything cooks evenly, even the cheese on top!

Alfa gives you a 2-year warranty for parts and materials. If you have a gas burner, that’s covered for 3 years. Labor and shipping are not included. For all the warranty details, check the manual.
