The Alfa 48-Inch 3-Piece Medium Pizza Peel Kit is the ultimate companion for anyone who takes their pizza baking seriously. Whether you're a home chef or a pizza enthusiast, this set gives you the right tools to prep, rotate, and clean like a pro. The kit includes a large perforated peel for launching and retrieving pizzas, a slim turning peel for mid-bake repositioning, and a robust brass brush for cleanup.

Each tool is made from a combination of stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring strength and longevity. With adjustable tubular handles and non-slip grips, you can safely work closer to the oven while maintaining full control and confidence.

Efficiency, Durability, and Clean Results

The perforated head on the main peel helps reduce the flour left behind in your oven, preventing burning and enhancing crust texture. The turning peel allows you to cook evenly by adjusting pizza placement without interrupting the baking process. And when you’re done, the brass-bristled brush makes cleanup fast and efficient without scratching your oven’s interior surface.

Perfectly designed for Alfa medium-sized gas ovens, this 3-piece kit ensures you can cook and clean like the pros—all with one cohesive set.

Warranty:

Alfa gives you a 1 year warranty against defects and craftsmanship. Labor not included.
