Terrible experience with my first and last order I placed. The item showed in stock and estimated arrival 5 days after order. Multiple weeks later, no tracking information or update of any kind. Contacted via email and no response. Contacted on chat. No response. Tried every possible method and no response over a month later the order just showed up. Absolutely would not order form these people. Check their reviews for plenty of other similar issues.

I ordered a vent free gas fireplace by Peterson Real Fyre. The price was excellent and no tax in my state was an added bonus. Before ordering I sent an email with questions and was contacted back immediately. They communicated frequently about shipping and followed up upon receipt. I will shop again and recommend to friends.
I think the flame Iād deceiving . Not as large as shown. Very disappointing
