I am happy with my purchase of the 5-person chef table and the price paid during the Black Friday deal. Prior to making the purchase, I did call the company with questions and the person which handled the call was very informative and helpful, which I appreciated. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 however as the screws required were not included and I had to run to Home Depot while I had the assembly person in my home to purchase them. AND YES, we checked every box and pieces provided over and over again before heading out to purchase the necessary screws. I sent a message to the company on this matter but never heard back.
Inquired about the 22 " cover/ carrier fitting, got a positive answer, sluggish time to process order, but extremely impressed with shipping and delievery, even arrived 2 days early.
While assembling this heat it became evident that it is high quality. Delivered in perfect shape, easy assembly with clear instructions.
