This fire pit is handcrafted from glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) for strength and durability to match the distinct pattern of the Ivory wood grain. Because the pigments are mixed in, the color is cast throughout the product and will not peel or chip off. GFRC products are made to last and designed to perform better than traditional concrete. This allows them to stand up to harsh environmental conditions like freezing and marine environments. The use of glass fibers for reinforcement means that it will not rust like steel and the glass fibers will prevent the product from cracking. GFRC offers superior strength while allowing for thinner construction which results in products that weigh considerably less than solid concrete. Use the included Lava Rock or upgrade to a beautiful selection of Fire Glass. If upgrading to Fire Glass, 75 pounds is recommended. The 304 stainless steel burner produces a maximum 80,000 BTUs. Key valve accepts half inch male fitting hose. This concrete fire pit has a surrounding area of 72 W x 28 D x 15 H with a burning area of 54 W x 10 D, and a Toe Kick of 3 D x 2 H. I have been looking at the Solo Stove pits for a while now. My son in law has a Solo Stove Bonfire. They really do cut down on the smoke. I bought the Yukon because I wanted a little larger fire. Communication is key after a couple chats with BBQGenerals all challenges were worked out. Received our product on time and it was complete that we ordered. Easily assembled. The only challenge we have is the extended shelf doesn’t retract without manipulation or climbing under to get it back to put the cover on correctly. Other than that we are completely happy with the product.

Start up of the smoker included a priming sequence that worked as defined in the manual. The pellet grill fired as intended and heated to the initial temp of 150F. The temp was raised to 350F, the new smoker was seasoned for 1hr.
Connection of the grill to the home WIFI using the GMG Prime app. The app is intuitive and a nice feature of the grill

This grill is great. Its actually a significant upgrade from a Weber or Napoleon. I was moving from a Napoleon Prestige and much prefer this grill. It burns hotter, has better control, easier to separate zones, etc. and is just a sexy beast :)
