Terrible customer support
Terrible experience with my first and last order I placed. The item showed in stock and estimated arrival 5 days after order. Multiple weeks later, no tracking information or update of any kind. Contacted via email and no response. Contacted on chat. No response. Tried every possible method and no response over a month later the order just showed up. Absolutely would not order form these people. Check their reviews for plenty of other similar issues.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect on the cover ( manufacturer not bbq general ) sent a photo of the defect and they got right back saying that they would forward to the warranty folks and now I am waiting for the resolution
