Best knives!
I love these knives. I accidentally left my first set in our trailer when we sold it. Been missing them so I had to get another set. They are now in the kitchen drawer and are my go to knives.
I am not impressed with the Trek grill cover. The cover has a mesh strip that leaves the contents exposed to the elements. The cover is a universal fit between the old version Trek and the Prim 2.0. GMG should make a heavy duty cover specifically for the Trek Prim 2.0.
The product arrived in good condition and was reasonably priced. However, I paid an additional $100 for expedited order processing, and it still took three days for the item to ship. I reached out to customer service by both email and phone to inquire about the delay but received no response.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and pricing, but the lack of communication and questionable value of the expedited processing fee were disappointing. There’s definitely room for improvement in customer service and order handling.
