Designed with cooking on Arc or Arc XL in mind, your oven securely connects to the stand with an easy turn fastener and sits at the perfect height for cooking. The durable wooden wings and hanging hooks are built in for convenience while the four large wheels make it easy to move your oven around your outdoor space.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

While most deliveries arrive without issue, it’s important to inspect your shipment carefully.

• Inspect all packages upon arrival
• If damage is visible, take photos immediately
• You must reach out to us within 48 hours After Delivery and send Photos must be submitted to:

This allows us to quickly initiate a replacement or claim if needed.

Upon Delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt:

• Verify the number of pallets or boxes
• If anything is missing, note it clearly on the receipt
