Designed with precise and even cooking in mind, the Alfresco 30-inch dedicated propane freestanding griddle is the perfect addition to your outdoor kitchen. Constructed of 304 welded stainless steel and polished accents, this griddle is built for long lasting durability. The 3/8-inch solid steel cooking surface gives you 500-sq-inches of cooking space and delivers up to 55,000 BTUs of cooking power. The dual-zone thermostatically controlled griddle surface area creates even heating over the entire cooking area and allows you to cook at two different temperatures at once. With an easy-to-reach, stainless steel push-button ignition and nickel-plated knobs and bezels, the Alfresco Griddle is sleek, stylish, and easy to use.
