I was EXTREMELY hesitant about ordering a Green Mountain Grill from BBQ Generals due to the lack of any real information on this company. After a phone call to customer service, I figured I would give it a shot.
Not having high expectations, I placed the order, and stayed on top of the tracking with several phone calls, as I was still skeptical. Low and behold, my GMG pellet smoker showed up today. I unboxed it, and I am extremely pleased. If you are hesitant, like I was, rest assured. This is a legitimate site. SMOKING deals (no pun intended), are not too good to be true. BBQ Generals delivered on this one!

First off, these guys at bbq general are the absolute best. What company sees that you tried calling them twice and actually calls you back! I was shocked. Free shipping! No taxes! Govx discount for first responders, nurses, teachers, civil servants, etc. Don’t bother trying to find another store. They are the best.
The arc xl? Premium. I watched hours of reviews on different ovens. I settled on gozney arx xl because of their passion. It shows in the quality of the their product.
I bought this for an outdoor kitchen built a few weeks ago. The unit is 36” so you can expect a lot of griddle space to cook on. This unit is very heavy as the quality is impeccable. The griddle itself is either 3/16 or 1/4, heavy duty. It will require a 110 volt outlet as the knobs and LED lights require electrical power. The knob turns red when the burner is on. Great feature! Lights are awesome and bright. The seasoning process will take about 45min to complete so plan ahead. I ordered the Blackstone jar of seasoning. I had the privilege to work with Matt at BBQ Generals and he was very knowledgeable and helped me through the ordering process. Recommend using them for sure.
