Very pleased with my order from BBQ Generals. Great price, fast shipping and great communications. I will definitely do business with them again.
I purchased a set of liners for my Napoleon grill. They were packed in folded cardboard taped together and with “Do not Crush” stickers. Well, when they got to me they were all crushed to a point beyond repair. I contacted BBQ General and they were unable to send a replacement and didn’t know when they would get more in stock. So they agreed to refund me the purchase and shipping (around $20). It’s been two weeks and a couple of follow up calls and still no refund. Last person I talked to was processing the refund as we talked yesterday. Still no refund received.
This a a great dough tray. Good quality and functionality. Makes it easy to proof your dough and monitor the temp as you do so.
Great item. Fits great. Helps keep pan clean.
